As Qteq broadens its solutions and service offerings, it is currently experiencing a significant increase in work volume and requires a new Commercial Support Lead to assist the Company in managing and taking full advantage of the expected growth.

About the job

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, and working on a full-time basis, the successful candidate will be part of a capable, multi-skilled team, and your role will include:

  • Co-ordinate the accurate and timely response to tender submissions and proposals.

  • Provide support for the Commercial/Business development functions as required, including the requirement to travel domestically

  • Work with the commercial team and managers to create and maintain client and supply chain strategy plans

  • Maintain CRM system and generate reports as required

  • Build trusted relationships with key clients and customers.

  • Assisting in reviewing contracts and agreements as needed to support legal functions.

  • Assist with document control and record keeping as required

Skills & Experience

You will have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products.  You wil be a strong analytical thinker, with attention to detail and a technical mind.

You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be flexible, collaborative, and willing to put in the extra effort to meet goals. 2 years’ experience within the resource industry, or relevant government organisations is preferred.

A tertiary qualification in engineering or business-related subjects is highly desirable. 

You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
