Build and Installation
All our Sentinel systems are carefully assembled by highly skilled instrumentation and controls engineers at our modern facility, through strict adherence to our ISO 9001:2015 accredited Quality Management System.
Fully assembled systems then undergo very extensive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), with detailed records of the build and testing process compiled for each system. All works are carried out with a relentless focus on safety.
Qteq’s highly accomplished and experienced technicians install and commission robust, integrated threat detection, environmental monitoring and terrain surveillance Sentinel systems, designed to work reliably in the harshest conditions, when they are needed the most.
With each Sentinel system we also provide:
Manufacturers certificates
Project reports
Drawings, site schematic markups and basic wiring charts
Site installation procedures and user manuals
Device calibration records
Site specific safety approaches with detailed record keeping
Should it be required for the project, we will also provide:
Form 15/16 engineering certification
Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) drawings and certifications
Formal as-built documents
Our comprehensive site installation process takes into consideration the equipment, location, climatic conditions, application, serviceability and most importantly, the functionality of your system.
