About the job
As an Applications Engineer at Qteq, your focus will be on providing well engineering and technical support for all product lines. Managing project preparations, supervising field-based deliverables, as well as supervising alpha trials of new technologies and products, you will be a problem solver with supreme time management skills. The Applications Engineer will also manage and co-ordinate supply chains for new product development and special operations projects. As part of this role, you will be required to conduct field visits in local and remote parts of QLD and interstate as needed. Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering, or 5+ years equivalent Oil and Gas experience in a managing/supervising capacity

  • Understanding of industry standard, and specific software packages

  • Project Management qualification or 5+ years equivalent experience

  • Advanced understanding of industry design standards (API & ISO)

  • Advanced understanding of applied QAQC and FAT procedures

  • Previous experience in well design highly desirable

  • Current Drivers' Licence

  • Ideally have RPEQ registration
